Brown and Pink Arglye Print Wellington Rain Boots from, wait for it, wait for it... Target!?!? Yes, Target. And they are so cute and inexpensive at $24.99. Target has really come through on their rebranding campaign to become an "upscale discount retailer" - truly defying that supposed oxymoron with these boots that work for both fall and spring (winter too, though in many places you'll be subbing in the snow boots).
Gabrielle Rocha Zebra Print Rain Boots from Zappos.com are so funky and fun - the perfect excuse to wear animal print outside of the boudoir.

I need advice concerning my teen age daughter. She will only wear very short mini skirts to school. I have been trying to get her to wear longer skirts with dark hose.
She will only wear nude sheer to waist leggs pantyhose. She says only the nude sheers are in style.
She has been complaining about boys looking up her skirts. She is very hot tempered. She refuses to wear anything except mini skirts. I am in need of advice. Thank you.

Shirly,
I don't think I am qualified as the person to give you advice on your situation, but here is my take on it:
-pantyhose are out, especially for teens, except perhaps with boots and a skirt (and then dark is best). i dont know anyone who wears sheer pantyhose unless their office requires it in the dress code.
-longer skirts are in, especially during winter months.
i think the issue is not her choice in clothing, but rather some sort of underlying power struggle between the two of you. her defiance is probably just her way of asserting her independence and establishing her own identity.
and as to boys looking up her skirt, thats sexual harrassment, she should see a school administrator.
